Fixed

If the openitem was used to link of payment then closing a openitem from batch does not work. It gave a emplty screen. This was due to the disable controls function.

If for a stockitem a account with subaccounts is used there was a error message stating the setup was incorrect. I have added the correct error message so you know what account is wrong with that stock.

Export Debtors to Clieop was wrong (sourceforge bug)

Calender shows week days in the mothview.

New edit->Accounts->Account form has got more functions working now but im still not ready.
