Fixed
- Bug where osF closes unexpectitly after pressing a key when.
- opening debtors page
- Reopening a invoice and pressing a key on the amount field.
- Changing theme from the menu made the main appear 2X (as a ghost menu).
- Amount 19.5 Exc in a batch made the full amount (icl tax of 19%) of 23.20 but after balance it was 23,21 the diverent rounding is now impelemented the same. So 19,5 Excl will be 23.21 directly. If you need to enter 23.20 as Inc amount use the Inc amount so after balance its 19.50 + 3,70.

- Added top status bar to Documents when its used in the outlook bar. As the top form bar was not showing we where missing details about the debtor / creditor and items.
